National Catholic Prayer Network (NCPN)
What:
At the CCO Rise Up Conference in Edmonton, students gathered together to talk about how they could
make a greater impact on their campuses and in their country. It was clear that prayer was the key
to making such an impact. Together they agreed that it was important and necessary to start praying on
their campuses.
This prayer network is one way of connecting young people across Canada who have a desire to be
united in prayer with others for their campus and Canada. Once a month those who wish to be
involved will pray in communion with all the other individuals or groups who want to be involved.
Why:
Through this prayer network in faith God WILL transform our campuses. This transformation will
take place from the ground up, one person at a time.
When:
The last week of each month has been selected. During ths week, students are encouraged to
gather together to pray the Rosary, have Eucharistic Adoration, the Way of the Cross, or to do some
other form of prayer.
How:
Just as we prayed together at the CCO Conference, each province will be represented with specific
intentions. If you are interested in becoming involved in this network, please contact us at
